1. Executive summary

Secuvy is an enterprise AI data governance and security platform. It helps organizations discover, classify, govern and protect sensitive data across cloud, on-premises, SaaS and hybrid environments. By automating data discovery, compliance, privacy and governance, Secuvy enables businesses to adopt AI more securely, reduce risk and accelerate deployment.

Its previous WordPress website did not fully communicate that value. The design felt outdated, the user experience needed improvement, and sophisticated topics including AI data governance, sensitive-data discovery, compliance, Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and AI security were difficult to translate into intuitive journeys.

Inboundsys completed a website and SEO audit, reworked the information architecture, planned a responsive design system and animations, and developed a custom WordPress theme using Gutenberg and reusable custom blocks. The result is a modern, mobile-ready and manageable platform designed to improve discoverability, credibility, engagement and lead generation.

AT A GLANCE

We transformed technical depth into structured user journeys without diluting Secuvy’s enterprise security positioning.

What the engagement needed to achieve

Improve the overall user experience and navigation.

Improve SEO visibility and website speed.

Make complex products, industry solutions and educational resources easier to discover.

Simplify content management for Secuvy’s marketing team.

Create a stronger, scalable foundation for lead generation and future growth.

2. The Challenge

The starting point

Business Need Website Challenge
Clearer positioning An outdated design did not reflect Secuvy’s standing in enterprise AI security.
Better understanding Highly technical concepts had to remain accurate while becoming easy to scan and explore.
Structured discovery Multiple products, industry solutions, and resources needed intuitive organization.
Stronger engagement Navigation, calls to action, and lead pathways needed to guide visitors toward the next step.
Operational scale Legacy CMS limitations made reusable, marketing-friendly publishing especially important.
Reliable access The experience had to work consistently across browsers, screen sizes, and devices.

The central design problem

The biggest challenge was not simply refreshing the visual interface. It was translating a sophisticated AI data governance platform into clear, user-friendly messaging without losing technical depth. The website needed to educate technical and business audiences, support product evaluation and establish trust all within a coherent experience.

Constraints identified

Legacy CMS limitations in the existing WordPress environment.

Browser compatibility across the redesigned experience.

No exact before-and-after analytics, traffic, lead or performance scores were supplied for publication.

Client name/logo publication was approved, while confidentiality restrictions were also marked “Yes”; therefore, this case study stays within the approved questionnaire information and avoids confidential detail.

3. Discovery, Strategy & Information Architecture

Audit-led planning

The project began with a website audit and SEO audit. These reviews helped identify where the experience, content organization and search foundations needed attention before design and development started.

How Inboundsys simplified the experience

Reorganized products and industry solutions around intuitive user journeys.

Structured educational material into a resource-led experience rather than leaving valuable content isolated.

Clarified navigation so visitors can move from a business concern to the relevant solution, supporting content and conversion action.

Balanced concise top-level messaging with deeper pages for visitors who need technical substance.

Planned a reusable design system so new pages remain visually and structurally consistent.

Planned animation as a supporting device used to improve comprehension and engagement, not distract from the content.

BEST-PRACTICE PRINCIPLE

Complex enterprise technology becomes easier to buy when the website organizes information around visitor intent not the company’s internal product structure.

Content and page ecosystem

Core conversion pages Trust, education and growth pages
Homepage; About; Product pages; Service pages; Industry/solution landing pages Blog; Resource center; Download center; Case studies; Careers; Contact
Calls to action; contact and lead-capture forms Search and reusable custom modules/components

4. Design & Responsive Experience

A responsive design system

Inboundsys created a responsive interface supported by a consistent design system. Instead of treating mobile as a reduced desktop page, layouts and content priorities were considered for different viewport sizes. This improves readability, tap usability and access to important actions for visitors researching Secuvy from phones, tablets and desktops.

Responsive practices applied

Flexible page layouts that adapt content hierarchy to available screen width.

Mobile-aware navigation that helps users reach products, solutions and resources with less friction.

Readable typography, spacing and content grouping for technical information.

Touch-friendly calls to action and lead-capture forms.

Responsive components and reusable blocks that behave consistently across page types.

Cross-browser review to reduce rendering differences and preserve a dependable experience.

Animation planning that supports storytelling while protecting usability and performance.

Why responsiveness supports lead generation

Responsive Improvement Lead-generation Value
Clear mobile hierarchy Visitors understand Secuvy’s value proposition faster.
Accessible navigation Users can reach relevant products, solutions and resources with fewer obstacles.
Usable forms and CTAs The conversion action remains visible and practical on smaller screens.
Consistent experience Professional presentation reinforces enterprise credibility and trust.
Faster mobile delivery Reduced waiting and visual instability can lower abandonment before conversion.

5. WordPress Development & Scalable Content Management

Custom theme architecture

The website was developed as a custom WordPress theme rather than being constrained by a generic off-the-shelf layout. Gutenberg and custom blocks provided a modular publishing system, allowing the visual system and content structure to work together.

What was built

Custom WordPress theme aligned with the approved responsive UI.

Gutenberg/custom blocks for reusable sections and components.

Responsive templates for homepage, About, product, service, landing, blog, resource, case-study, career and contact experiences.

Resource library and download-center experiences for educational content.

Search to improve access to relevant information.

Lead-capture forms and calls to action placed across key journeys.

CMS setup and content migration, followed by client review and ongoing support.

Long-term operational value

Reusable WordPress components simplify day-to-day publishing for the marketing team. New pages and campaigns can be assembled with consistent building blocks, reducing dependence on one-off development and helping future content retain the same visual, responsive and conversion standards.

SCALABILITY OUTCOME

Secuvy gained a structured platform that can grow with new products, industry solutions, resources and campaigns.

Technology stack

Layer Implementation
CMS WordPress
Front end Custom WordPress theme and responsive development

6. Performance Optimization & Google Core Web Vitals

Performance was treated as part of the build quality, not as a final cosmetic check. The submitted project information confirms work on Core Web Vitals optimization, mobile optimization, metadata and SEO testing, and reports a faster page experience with improved Core Web Vitals after launch.

Optimization approach

Focus area How it supports performance
Custom theme Purpose-built templates and components create a cleaner foundation than a heavily generalized theme.
Reusable blocks Consistent implementation helps avoid repeated, page-specific code patterns.
Responsive delivery Layouts are designed to work efficiently at mobile and desktop sizes.
Animation planning Motion can be applied deliberately, balancing engagement with rendering cost.
Mobile optimization The experience is reviewed for smaller screens and mobile interaction.
Core Web Vitals The build considers loading performance, interaction responsiveness and visual stability.
Post-launch testing Issues that only become visible in the live environment can be identified and resolved.

Core Web Vitals in practical terms

Largest Contentful Paint (LCP):

prioritize the fast appearance of the main page content so visitors quickly understand the offer.

Interaction to Next Paint (INP):

keep menus, buttons, filters and forms responsive when a visitor interacts.

Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS):

maintain visual stability so content and conversion controls do not unexpectedly move while loading.

MEASUREMENT NOTE

The questionnaire did not include numeric before-and-after PageSpeed or Core Web Vitals scores. Accordingly, no unsupported score or percentage has been invented; the documented outcome is faster page speed and improved Core Web Vitals.

7. SEO, Discoverability & Lead Generation

Search foundations

SEO work included meta titles and descriptions, a dedicated SEO audit, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals optimization and SEO testing. Together, these measures improve the technical and content foundations required for search engines and prospective buyers to understand the website.

The lead-generation journey

Journey stage Website response Business purpose
Discover SEO metadata, product/solution pages, blog and resources Bring relevant visitors into the site.
Understand Clear information architecture and simplified technical messaging Help buyers connect challenges with Secuvy’s platform.
Evaluate Resource library, downloads, case studies and deeper product content Build confidence and support internal research.
Convert Contextual CTAs, lead-capture forms and contact pathways Turn interest into an identifiable sales opportunity.
Nurture Marketing automation and CRM integration capabilities Support follow-up after a visitor submits information.

Conversion principles applied

Place calls to action within relevant product, solution and educational journeys.

Use resources and downloads to create value before asking visitors to engage.

Maintain consistent forms and conversion patterns across devices.

Reduce confusion through clear navigation and messaging, allowing visitors to reach a suitable next step sooner.

Use the modernized brand experience to reinforce credibility in an enterprise security purchase.
