The Business Development Executive at Inboundsys will identify and secure new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. This full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore and Mysore requires a proactive individual with exceptional business communication and sales skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize online platforms and networks to identify and generate new business leads.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Attend conferences, exhibitions, and events to build meaningful professional connections.
- Sales Execution: Conducted cold calls, crafted persuasive email campaigns, and pitched products/services to potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional services, including subscriptions and web solutions, to enhance client value.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with top management to develop impactful sales strategies and business decisions.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

HubSpot Implementation Specialist
Job Title: HubSpot Implementation Specialist
Location: Bangalore and Mysore (On-site)

Role Overview
The HubSpot Implementation Specialist at Inboundsys will be responsible for onboarding and executing marketing automation, inbound strategies, and technical implementations within the HubSpot platform. This role involves working closely with clients, account managers, and internal teams to deliver scalable and efficient marketing solutions, driving client growth and success.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and account managers to design strategic growth plans leveraging the HubSpot platform, including inbound marketing, website design, and marketing stack integrations.
- HubSpot Implementation: Onboard and configure HubSpot portals for new clients, ensuring optimal setup for their business goals.
- Campaign Creation & Management: Create and manage lists, landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, and template designs (emails and landing pages).
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email nurture campaigns and launch email marketing initiatives.
- Lead Management: Structure lead scoring and routing infrastructure and optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Establish scalable processes that align with campaign and lead management best practices.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Oversee tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign delivery to meet client goals.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in using HubSpot hubs and marketing automation tools.
- HubSpot certification(s) are mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, tactics, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and understand key marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Drive, Slack, and Monday Project Management is a plus.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot and digital marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: HubSpot Certification(s) are required; Google certifications (e.g., GA4) are an added advantage.
